Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health the number of persons on the National Treatment Purchase Fund pre-admit list for the end of each year 2011 to 2015, inclusive, in tabular form; and the number waiting on the list for up to three months, three to six months, six to nine months, nine to 12 months, 12 to 15 months, 15 to 18 months, and more than 18 months.
