Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will make an improvement to the facilities available to commuting rail passengers in stations in Dublin such as increased number of toilet facilities, retail facilities, modernisation of trains and other improvements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
