Deputy Fergus O'Dowd asked the Minister for Health how many of the nine speech and language therapists allocated to the Louth and Meath services in 2016 that have started in their roles; if any other staff allocations have been made in this section to date in 2017; and if there are plans to allocate any further resources to the area in 2017 for the Louth and Meath area [8258/17]
