226. Deputy Barry Cowen asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government the status of the implementation of the An Bord Pleanála review group report; the actions taken to date; the timeframe for future actions; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9460/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraFurther to the Organisational Review of An Bord Pleanála, undertaken by an independent expert panel and published in March 2016, an Implementation Group, comprising representation from my Department and An Bord Pleanála, has been established to oversee the implementation of the Review Group recommendations. To date, the Group has met on three occasions (18th October 2016, 25th November 2016 and 26th January 2017). The Implementation Group has published its Terms of Reference and Plan for Implementation, which are available on my Department’s website at the following link:
