Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if all regulatory impact assessments for her legislative proposals are published on her Department websites; the web address for each such site; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department carried out Regulatory Impact Assessments in respect of the Amendment of the National Archives Act 1986 (October 2014) and the Implementation of De-designation Proposals of the Review of Raised Bog Natural Heritage Area Network under the Wildlife (Amendment) Bill (July 1916).
It is the policy of my Department to publish the Regulatory Impact Assessments it undertakes.
