Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the total number of participating persons who make CAP Pillar1 and RDP scheme Pillar 2 applications online or via paper based on latest figures in tabular form; the percentage breakdown of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
