Deputy Robert Troy asked the Minister for Health the reason persons who are on medication that causes additional tooth decay are only entitled to two cavity fillings per annum on the medical card system; and if he will examine this matter with a view to making changes which would allow persons on this type of medication to avail of additional dental care [9701/17]
