781. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the number of applications for a variance to a license agreement between the National Transport Authority and Bus Éireann in respect of the Expressway service that were made since 2010; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The issue raised is a matter for the National Transport Authority (NTA) in conjunction with Bus Éireann and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.
