1060. Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the number of persons who applied for the basic payment scheme, single payment scheme, disadvantaged area scheme and areas of natural constraint scheme who sought to appeal the findings to the agricultural appeals office, by county, in each of the years from 2011 to 2016 and to date in 2017, in tabular form; the number who received penalties of less than 20%, 50% and maximum penalties; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
