Deputy Jan O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government when a project (details supplied) under the Limerick regeneration programme can proceed to construction now that the tender phase has been completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Limerick City and County Council recently provided my Department with the tender report for the Moyross Community Enterprise Centre. This is now being examined and a response will issue to the Council shortly.
