Deputy Eamon Ryan asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs the progress made in discussions between Irish Rail, Fingal County Council and her Department on the provision of a pedestrian and cyclist route along the railway across the Broadmeadow Estuary (details supplied).
