444. Deputy Kevin O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will review the criteria under which tillage farmers are eligible to apply for the TAMS II scheme (details supplied). [14866/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Tillage scheme is open to farmers who have a Department identifier and have a minimum of 15 hectares of tillage crops declared under the Basic Payment scheme, or equivalent in the year of application or previous year. This is the criteria that has been approved by the European Commission and there are no plans to adjust it.
