365. Deputy Pearse Doherty asked the Minister for Social Protection when a person (details supplied) in County Donegal can expect a decision on an invalidity pension; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16558/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraFollowing a review of her claim the lady referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from the 16 June 2016. Payment will issue to her nominated bank account on the 20 April 2017. Any arrears due from the 16 June 2016 to the 19 April 2017 (less any overlapping social welfare payment and/or outstanding overpayment) will issue in due course. The lady in question was notified of this decision on the 03 April 2017.
