597. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine his views on a matter (details supplied) regarding an AEOS 1 inspection; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16336/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraDepartment records indicate that a letter was issued to the person named at the time outlining the imposition of a penalty. However, in the circumstances outlined, a copy of the letter has been forwarded to the person named. In addition, the Regional Inspector will accept a request for a review of the penalty decision within 10 working days of the date of the reissue of this letter. The person named may also request the return of the documentation referred to by contacting the Regional Inspector.
