270. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a review in respect of the young farmers capital investment scheme for persons will be completed (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17151/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe applicants in this case are members of a Registered Farm Partnership with effect from the 31 January 2017. As their application for the Young Farmer Scheme in TAMS II predates the start date of the Registered Farm Partnership the applicants have been advised that they may wish to submit their application as a Registered Farm Partnership under the current tranche which closes on 7 April. An official has been in direct contact with the applicants concerned to advise them of the position.
