434. Deputy Niamh Smyth asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the status of the new Bailieborough Garda station; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17559/17]

The OPW continues to progress the legal matters relating to the acquisition of the site for the new station as a matter of high priority. This phase of the project is nearing completion.
