440. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform the adjudications and the findings of the Workplace Relations Commission in respect of public bodies in each of the years 2015 to 2016 and to date in 2017 that have not been accepted by the line Department having consulted with his Department; the numbers involved and reasons for this; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It is the position that my Department was not approached by public bodies directly under its aegis in relation to adjudications or findings arising from the Workplace Relations Commission in respect of the period in question.
