An application under the 2015 Basic Payment Scheme was received from the person named on 31 December 2015 thus incurring 100% late penalty as it was outside the timeframe allowed under the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme. An official from my Department has been in direct contact with the person named to clarify the position.
