817. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the adjudications and the findings of the Workplace Relations Commission in respect of public bodies in each of the years 2015 to 2016 and to date in 2017 that have not been accepted by her Department having consulted with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform; the numbers involved and the reasons for this; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm for the Deputy that there have been no adjudications or findings of the Workplace Relations Commission in respect of public bodies in each of the years 2015 to 2016 and to date in 2017 that have not been accepted by my Department.
