1220. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of a grant application by a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20247/17]

The person named has submitted a payment claim for investment works completed under the Dairy Equipment Scheme of TAMS 11. There is an issue with an over claim in this case which will be resolved as soon as possible.
