Deputy Thomas Byrne asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the budget allocation to educational welfare services in her Department in each of the years 2012 to 2016 and to date in 2017; and the detail of the budget by constituent programme, such as school completion and the home school community liaison scheme.
