827. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 330 of 28 March 2017, if all the provisions being undertaken by the HSE will apply to organisations funded by the HSE but in circumstances in which the services are not delivered by the HSE; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The particular issue raised by the Deputy is a service matter for the Health Service Executive (HSE). Accordingly I have arranged for the Deputy's question to be referred to the HSE for direct reply to the Deputy.
