Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will investigate the case of a person (details supplied) who received correspondence on 13 January 2016, which stated that the person was eligible for GLAS 1 and that the application would be reassessed, but 14 months later the same person was informed that he had not been readmitted to the scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
