Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the position regarding the review of the governance, leadership and management arrangements within Tusla undertaken in 2016; if the review has been completed; if so, the findings of the review; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA) initiated a Governance Review of Tusla, the Child and Family Agency in 2016. HIQA has advised me that the Governance Review is still ongoing and hence the findings have not yet been finalised. As the review is still in process, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further on the matter at this time.
