Durkan asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the degree to which the relevant bodies under her aegis can react to reports and-or concerns affecting children in all forms of care or in the home in which a strong suspicion exists in respect of their welfare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe bodies under the aegis of my Department are the Child and Family Agency (Tusla), the Adoption Authority of Ireland, the Ombudsman for Children and the Oberstown Children Detention Campus. I have referred the question to each of these bodies and asked them to provide the information sought directly to the Deputy.
The referred replies under Standing Order 42A were forwarded to the Deputy.
