Deputy Seán Haughey asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government if the construction of the proposed 640 homes on the Dublin City Council site at Oscar Traynor Road in Santry, Dublin 9, as part of the Oscar Traynor Road land initiative project, will be built without delay; if the local community through the newly established consultative forum can be actively involved in drawing up a new master plan as soon as possible; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
