211. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the status of an application for an aquaculture licence by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal. [25073/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department’s records indicate that an incomplete application for an Aquaculture Licence was received by my Department from the person referred to by the Deputy in November 2016. As the application form was incomplete and as the necessary supporting documents were also missing the application form was returned to the applicant for completion.
A completed application form, together with the necessary supporting documentation, has not yet been received by my Department.
