292. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Social Protection the status of an application for an invalidity pension for a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [25801/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe lady referred to has been awarded invalidity pension with effect from 6 April 2017. Her first payment and arrears due from 6 April 2017 to 31 May 2017 will issue to her nominated bank account on 1 June 2017. The lady in question was notified of this decision on 23 May 2017.
I hope this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
