Deputy Catherine Connolly asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 240 of 3 May 2017, if the files in question have been retrieved; if not, the reason for the delay in their retrieval; when he expects the examination of the file to be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
