Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Health the status of recommendation 6.7 of the national cardiovascular health policy 2010-2019; the availability of multidisciplinary assessments of rehabilitation needs within five working days of admission for stroke; if service plans are then commenced; if these services are available across all hospitals and hospital networks; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
