Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the contracts awarded to a company (details supplied) per annum since March 2011, in tabular form by her Department or agency or body under the aegis of her Department; the cost per contract; the basis for each contract; and if she will make a statement on the matter. My Department has not awarded any contracts to the company in question since March 2011. Contracts awarded by agencies under the aegis of my Department are operational matters for the agencies concerned. The agencies have informed me that no payments have been made to the company in the period in question.
