Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the amount paid by the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement to companies (details supplied) regarding a court case involving the ODCE and a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter.
