Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs the number of allegations and complaints that have been recorded by the Louth Meath foster care committee in 2016 and to date in 2017; and the number of these allegations and complaints that have been investigated by an independent social worker as per policy guidelines.
