Deputy Eugene Murphy asked the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs if she will consider allocating funding for counselling to an organisation (details supplied) on an interim basis in view of the fact that a centre (details supplied) has closed and there is no timeframe for when a planned Tusla family resource centre will open in the town and there is currently a void in services; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
