520. Deputy James Lawless asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the passenger numbers for train stations (details supplied) in County Kildare in each of the years 2012 to 2016 and to date in 2017, in tabular form; if the opening of the Phoenix Park tunnel and extended leap card zone has increased numbers in these stations; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The National Transport Authority (NTA) is responsible for the collection and publication of statistics relating to public transport and I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if you do not receive a response within ten working days.

The referred reply under Standing Order 42A was forwarded to the Deputy.
