266. Deputy Brendan Howlin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government further to Parliamentary Question No. 305 of 29 November 2016, if the comprehensive legal advice referred to has been fully analysed; if a decision has been made in the matter of providing ex gratia payments to former employees of LCDP companies made redundant and whereby no moneys were available to fund payments; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
