Deputy Willie O'Dea asked the Minister for Social Protection the average waiting time in 2017 in respect of a decision for all social welfare payments paid on a weekly basis; the average waiting time for appeal for each of these payments in cases in which there is no oral hearing and an oral hearing respectively; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
