395. Deputy Michael Moynihan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the amount of money which was spent by his Department in 2016 on external consultants; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [33903/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that €72,628 was spent by the Department on a small number of external expert consultancies in 2016. It is my Department's policy to use in house resources as much as possible and to restrict the costs as much as possible.
