80. Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Taoiseach the timeframe for the publication of the interim report into the Commission of Investigation on the National Asset Management Agency, under section 38(1) of the Commission of Investigation Act 2004. [40852/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs required by its terms of reference, the Commission provided me with an interim report on 12 September i.e. within three months of the date of its establishment on 13 June. The report was published on my Department’s website on 21 September, following consultation with the Attorney General and the Sole Member of the Commission.
