274. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when rent support will be restored in the case of a person (details supplied); the reason rent support was not equally restored; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [41139/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe rent supplement claim for the person concerned was closed in 2015 as documentation requested relating to combined household means was not provided. It is open to the person concerned to submit a complete and up-to-date rent supplement application form, including all required documentation. Upon receipt of the necessary documentation his entitlement to rent supplement will be assessed accordingly.
