Deputy Catherine Martin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government his plans to release funding to Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council for the refurbishment of a group of maisonettes which are almost entirely unoccupied at St. Laurence's Park, Stillorgan, County Dublin. The council recently submitted draft proposals to my Department for the development of social housing and a library on the site and the council are required to carry out a cost-benefit analysis for the scheme before it can be progressed.
