Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he will consider investing in an express train service between Wexford town and Dublin to facilitate commuting and help mitigate climate change; if his Department has carried out a cost benefit analysis of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
