Broughan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality when a report (details supplied) on the Stardust tragedy submitted to his Department on 17 October 2017 will be laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas and published; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraJudge McCartan’s report was formally submitted to my Department on 17 October 2017. The report is under consideration at present and has been sent to the Office of the Attorney General for advices. I intend to bring the report to Cabinet following receipt of those advices, following which I will lay the report before the Houses of the Oireachtas and publication will follow thereafter.
