Deputy Gerry Adams asked the Minister for Health the measures that have been undertaken at a facility (details supplied) in County Louth following a HIQA dementia care inspection report deeming non-compliance in respect of safeguarding and residents safety; if the restraint management review has been undertaken; if so, the findings of same; if the facility has been given assistance by his Department or the HSE in securing alternative equipment; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
