1265. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection the number of persons that are approved for a domiciliary care allowance, by county; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [46873/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraStatistics on Domiciliary Care Allowance (DCA) recipients is not collated on a county basis. As a result the information requested cannot be provided. However, as of 31 October 2017, there were 34,498 DCA claims in payment in respect of 37,546 children.
