925. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a transfer of entitlements application by a person (details supplied) will be fully assessed; the reason the application has not been processed to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The persons named submitted three 2017 Transfer of Entitlements applications to my Department, one by way of inheritance and two by way of gift.  These transfer applications have been finalised and notification  has been issued by my Department directly to the persons named.
