950. Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the legal cost to date of a case (details supplied) which his department has appealed to the Supreme Court; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [46719/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe current position is that the case in question is pending before the Court of Appeal rather than the Supreme Court and has been listed for hearing on 16 October 2018. No costs have been paid to date in relation to these proceedings and as the dispute is still ongoing, it would not be appropriate for me to comment at this time.
