Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if her attention has been drawn to the fact that Meath County Council is awaiting a response from the National Monuments Service regarding an archaeological impact assessment at the castle and tower house in Ashbourne, County Meath (details supplied); her plans to develop a new playground for the community that is being delayed as a result; if the response from the National Monuments Service will be expedited; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
