455. Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if payment will be made to a person (details supplied) for commonage the person owns under the GLAS scheme; if not, the rule under which the owner has been disqualified from payment on this commonage; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person named was approved into GLAS 3 with a contract commencement date of 1 January 2017.

The GLAS participant did not submit an SPS claim for the commonage share in 2014 therefore the person named is not eligible to be paid on the commonage action.
