Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government the cost of providing external coaching and-or training services for staff development in his Department over the past five years and to date in 2017, by cost per year and in tabular form; the company that delivered the training courses; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraThe cost to my Department in providing external coaching and or training services for the years 2012 to 2016 and to date in 2017 is set out in the table. The providers of these courses comprise a wide range of educational institutes including but not limited to:
- Universities – TCD, UCD, DCU, UCC, NUIM, NUIG, UL.
- Other third level institutions: NCI, DIT, CMIT, IT Carlow, LIT.
- Other training providers: the IPA, PAI, Trigraph, IBEC, Irish Times Training, Carr Communications, CMG, Tiger Consulting, Beacon, BT.
